1. What Spinsback is

Spinsback is a platform that, once launched, will let you receive cashback and rewards for your activity on partner online gaming sites (the “partners”). For now the site works as a waitlist: you sign up to reserve your spot and we let you know when the service is available.

Spinsback is not a casino or gambling operator: it does not offer bets or real-money games on its site.

2. Who can use the site

The site is for people aged 18 or over, or the minimum gambling age in your country if higher. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is allowed where you live before using any partner's services.

3. Sign-up and username

To join the waitlist we ask for an email and a username. You must use real details and an email you have access to.

• Your username can't be offensive or misleading, or impersonate another person or brand.
• We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.
• Each person may sign up only once.

4. Cashback, rewards and amounts

Cashback percentages, rewards and amounts shown on the site are indicative and may change before and after launch. Cashback depends on your actual activity with each partner and on each partner's conditions.

Features marked “Coming soon” are not available yet and may change or not launch.

The final conditions for cashback, withdrawals and rewards will be published before the service goes live.

5. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment. Cashback is not a way to make money or recover losses. Only play what you can afford to lose and ask for help if you feel you're losing control.

6. Third-party sites

The site may link to partner or other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for illegal purposes, to submit automated or fake sign-ups, or to try to access systems or data that aren't yours. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

8. Content and brand

The texts, illustrations, logos and design of the site belong to Spinsback or its licensors. Third-party brands and game names belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and the information accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
